At least, one author of each accepted abstracts must complete his/her full day registration and pay the registration fee; otherwise the abstracts will be withdrawn from the final program and the proceedings publication.

Refund policy

Please notify ICMAP2018 secretariat in writing to to request a refund and cancel your registration. Refund will be made upon receipt of this written notice after the conference.
